Please note that these videos are not meant to be “perfect” representations of Rock Work processes but rather guides for you to identify the nuances of Rock Work and the basic flow of a process. These are not exact representations of the amount of time a facilitator would spend with the questions and hearing the attendee’s story. In an actual process we would take more time to have the attendee connect more deeply to his/her story.
The role players in the videos are not necessarily working on their own personal issues. Some of the issues represented were planned ahead of time in order to model how to deal with certain aspects of attendees’ issues. My thanks to all who gave time and energy to create these videos!
